- Leadership are people focused, there has been a big focus on supporting people and creating new ways for us to get together - There are many learning opportunities here, it is an environment where good ideas are rewarded and the implementation has little friction or red tape - The people really make EquiLend a great place to work, you are surrounded by smart and collaborative people who are all working towards a common goal of continuing to build on EquiLend's strong market position - The products are well known in Securities Finance and we are posistioned well to grow in the coming years - There has been a big push on investment and structure around learning and development opportunities - EquiLend Cares our employee resource group which includes diversity and charity events and inititiatives is great for me to understand other perspectives across the business
Cons
- As we are growing and have undergone an aquisition things can be very fast moving at times, for the right person who is adaptable and outcome focused in from my view this can be a good thing. The changes are all positive and are aimed at improving in every area across the business
