      Pros

      Great energy to be around. Actually exciting to come to work everyday. Monthly BBQs and office parties too.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say any cons from this specific company. Just marketing in general isn't for everyone. Especially if you're lazy.

      Pros

      Friendly environment but friends don't make you money.

      Cons

      Door to door sales. Hours are 9am-8pm. You're only paid by commission on top of $35 a day. No benefits. Employees there sometimes only make 1 or 2 sales a week which is barely any money. Average sales within the company is still pretty low. Turnover rate is horrible.
