Ensure you know the club you are taking on and its financial history and struggles- due to foot traffic some clubs are easier to hit revenue targets. Sales-driven culture- not for everyone. Inappropriate dialogue and relationships between management and staff. You have to be strategic and on who you are aligned with, as your connections within the company are sometimes more powerful than your performance. If clubs are not hitting targets the "blame game" will begin, you will need to know how to protect yourself while still motivating a large team and earning their trust.
