The training given is close to zero. Lots of micromanaging. They don't know what they're doing. They have very little experience with managing people and you could clearly feel and see it. Because of that wrong people are promoted and the mess continues. The management can be very ruthless getting rid of workers like chess pieces. They're very good at pretending you mean a lot to them and they really like you but in fact, sooner or later, you realize you mean nothing to them.
