Pros
Competitive pay, good benefits, great work hours (7:30 am - 4 pm M-F), 2 weeks off for winter holidays, stress free, there is a reason many people have been with the company 20+ years. There are events held for special occasions and usually a lot of free food. Leave early on Fridays (usually, depending on work load though.) Regular meetings to keep entire company informed so everyone knows the direction upper management is heading.
Cons
The daily grind can become monotonous, some task require little to no human interaction. So if your personality is geared toward sales or any sort of team coordination type job, then this job may not be for you. There is little vertical movement from this position. However, there is plenty of horizontal movement from department to department.
