Pros
A great place to work. Well compensated for the position. Very well organized from top to bottom. I can see a bright future for the company.
Cons
Way too many meetings. Everyone wants to call a meeting. And I'd like to see the on-line safety training cut back to one or two lessons a month. It's difficult to find enough time in the day to get the job done.
