EQ Depot is a great place to work if you really care about honing your craft. The technical resources at your disposal are very broad, if you really want to gain real world experience and accurately troubleshoot and repair a machine that you are not familiar with, the in house tech support is just a phone call away! The technology in place with our tech guys actually allows them to see what you see, when you are connected to the equipment. From there the support level puts your effectiveness in the field on a whole new level. There is not a day that goes by, that i do not learn something new. Tech training and support is very important here!
Cons
As with any other for profit shop versus a private fleet, you have to be motivated to correctly diag. and make the right repairs. It means everything to profitability and your trustworthiness as a skilled technician. Be prepared to be challenged and rewarded!
