There is a lot of opportunity to make a great commission off sales with many different books of business.
Cons
The back end processes are un-streamlined, archaic and dependent on a few decision makers. This often lead to delayed sales cycles, hampered customer support and lost opportunities due to dissatisfied customers. In addition, a lot of change in the management lead to low moral, frustration and employee turnover.
