Small company. Very little room for growth.

One of the last small companies with human and good vibes left in the market of stress-inducing, cancer-causing corporations. Good place for beta males who want to feel better. Quite flexible when you suddenly need a day off. Minimal but sufficient benefits.

The most patriarchal technical and DevOps departments I have ever worked for. 5 women fled the company in 1.5 year. Younger, less experienced, less productive and clearly doing lower quality work men are promoted after a year or earn more in the same position. By contrast, professional, skilled and dedicated women are manipulated by narcissistic managers to behave as if they can't see. The senior management doesn't do anything about it.
