plenty of form-filling and increasing over thelast 1-2 years - CEO is in love with LEAN and Operational Excellence ideas and submitting forms under these headings has become a priority. company is downsizing (running off the business as closed to new business), so hardly any career opportunities - if any come up, they will be for full-time. Yes, you can work part-time, but you will be stuck in your role.
