      Pros

      Equitec hires strong trading teams and gives them a lot of freedom within the risk parameters. Very strong backoffice support from the IT staff, HR, and risk management team. Very nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Not a lot of discussion between teams. Company was concentrating on developing new software, which took some developer attention from dealing with problems.

      Pros

      No dress code. Great pay. Free food. Free coffee. Great IT. Cool coworkers. Great environment. Funny people. Vacation time whenever you want. Last very flexible place easy to learn and catch on.

      Cons

      Cold temperature in office. Could definitely use a more comfortable temperature setting. Also the honey nut Cheerios provided get pretty stale towards the end of the month
