Pros

Laid back, casual and friendly environment.. The location is awesome! The company is making significant improvements to systems and technology across departments. I find the culture to be entrepreneurial and exciting for people looking to bring new ideas to the table and interested in seeing them through.

Cons

with employees spread all over the country its not always clear who the right point of contact is. Some systems are outdated which slows down productivity and can take some time to learn.

Pros

Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

Cons

Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
