Pros
1. you can manage the workload the way you want
2. they pay on time
3. some people are great and trustable to ask.
Cons
1. you are not allowed to give your opinion, if you do then you are part of a blame culture.
2. there is a lot of micromanaging, lots of leads playing favorites because they are just made for delivering instructions and adding all the extra work they are supposed to do to you.
3. entering a Jr position means that you have to do somebody elses job, there is no empowerment .
4. Unlawful work environment, dont expect the tools to be delivered on time or working.
5. there is a lot of discrimination and procrastination. People pointing fingers but not enough people doing the Job.
6. If you are proactive, never try to be when working for this company. they will usually say because this is a young company they need a lot of people to do the job, but it is not true, dont give them ideas because somebody else will take the lead and you will be left behind.
Trust yourself and care really deeply about your mental health .
