      I could not ask to work for and with a better group of people.

      Cons

      I wish everyone could see how blessed we are to be part of this. I've been in the work field a very long time and can say this is by far one of the best places I have worked and may be why I don't take it for granted.

      The paid time off is good

      Cons

      Works employees to death - tons of mandatory overtime required Management does not support employees Yearly bonuses were taken away for monthly bonuses just so the company doesn’t have to pay out bonuses. You cannot make a single mistake because they don’t believe in the fact that humans make mistakes. You will get written up and put on a PIP. No chance to move up in the company, they already have the people that they want and they will pick and choose who to put in what positions. STAY AWAY!
