Pros

We work with people of very diverse backgrounds and cultures. Everyone wants to help everyone succeed so new hires feel very welcome. The management takes very good care of their employees, making their health and safety one of, if not THE top of their priorities. During the current COVID Pandemic, they have allowed employees from the Manila office to borrow company equipment so we could continue to work and be business as usual. This helps avoid the need to have lay offs and pay cuts within the company. The Manila office operations manager is very accommodating of everyone's feedback/concerns. This is also true with the other managers I've worked with from both the US and UK offices. The Manila office is located in Cubao, Quezon City and work hours start from 12PM for the UK Shift and 7PM for the US Shift. This makes commute easier because the place is accessible and the start of the shifts do not coincide with rush hour traffic. The company provides a fair work environment so if you work well with the tasks you are given, it would reflect in your annual performance review/bonus.

Cons

The Manila office sits within a shared office space operated by a different company so services like printing have a set schedule. These services require the presence of a company admin and their shift end at 6PM so employees from the US Shift rarely have access to them. Due to the recent expansion of the Manila team, we would be having issues fitting everyone within the available space we have. The pay is average compared to other IT companies but more than makes up for it with great benefits.

Pros

Engaging work and friendly atmosphere. A lot of good people to work with who are incredibly well versed in the global mobility space. Rewards professionalism and good work ethic. Solid work life balance, good hybrid work flexibility. Small enough to still allow for high autonomy for those who want to think outside the box and learn new skills.

Cons

Transparency around decision making, not to an unusual extent, but more openness from senior leadership would be nice.
