Pros
The denver office culture while dead now, is what drew me in. Everyone is pretty chill. While the office culture is definitely frazzled now (every office is since the pandemic), I am optimistic we will get through this and come back a stronger team than ever.
Cons
This depends on your preferences for technology. Which depends on the team you are on. Make sure you are aware with what project you are being interviewed for, what the tech stack is, and make sure you are comfortable with that before accepting.
