There are a lot of knowledgeable people working with you. Benefits are great and affordable. Very reasonable and flexible working with your schedule. Working equipment is tip top. Company will purchase almost anything you need to get the job done!

I'd say expectations are higher than wage. Limited training when introduced to new technology or procedures. Basically, I've been handed a manual and told to figure it out.

Great technical support with good staff that have been working with the company for a while. I feel that there is always someone to ask for help.

I think they are a overly fiscally conservative when it comes to salary. I believe that they should pay what your worth without you having to present a new offer.
