Besides the benefits and perks, this was a great role for learning about the executive search process in the VC/PE world. With wonderful mentors and peers alike, Erevena tried to learn from you as much as you can learn from them. I wish I could move to London and work at the HQ!

Because they were more of a boutique firm, they didn’t have a tested, tried and true training method and it all evolved as you went along.
