Pros

*Also worth noting: we came to market and began scaling our team in March of 2020, which has instilled a culture of empathy, flexibility, and adaptability (for our first two years in business, it's really all we knew)
Cons
- Like any startup, there are typical growing pains, which require you to be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in ambiguity at times
NOTE: this is a strong pro in my opinion, but I also understand that there are conflicting opinions/ desires about return to office. Our NYC based team (business team/ engineering is remote) will be returning to office 1x/ week [although you're welcome to come more often!] so if you're looking for a fully remote role, this could be considered a con
