Pros

If your looking for a place to work that isn't just a job, but a career, look no further! This is the perfect place to thrive as a full desk recruiter while upping your game exponentially. CEO, Eric Silverman leads the charge with his own brand of selfless mentorship and constructive management in a fun, relaxed, family environment.

Cons

Between office $$$ contests, paid lunch and learns, and company outings (Panthers games, concerts, spa visits), it's sometimes hard to find enough time in the day to get everything done that needs to be.

Pros

hard working company, with a team that cares and works strong as a team to make things happen. Bob and Eric observe and push in right directions.

Cons

Not a company that offers growth into management, but certainly a company that you can make money. Isn't that what sales is about...money who cares about title.....this is the place.

Pros

If you are reading this please do not take my word for it....go DIRECTLY to linkedin and message those who are currently employed by Blue Horizon Tek Solutions formerly Known as Eric Robert associates and ask them for their honest opinion about Eric (Rick) Silverman.....

Cons

Fickle and dishonest CEO who competes with his recruiters on the jobs that they work. No clear organizational chart and or company structure....to be more specific the CEO...Eric (Rick) serves as President, CEO, recruiting manager, sales manager...he is spread way too thin and those that work under him suffer for it. He never remembers what he says or promises his employees and then gets upset when confronted by those who ask for what they are promised.....like a 401K and paid time off
