Pros
Fun projects to work on, great employees. The company was an excellent place to work years ago before Udo screwed it up. Maybe going through bankruptcy can fix some things.
Cons
Management in Central Point has completely unrealistic expectations of their employees. Combine this with completely disconnected management in Portland, layoffs, and bankruptcy and you have a very bad situation. I have seen many of my friends laid off and then have to pick up their work. On top of that management imposes very aggressive schedules that are completely unrealistic.
