Growth Oriented by a Great Company Culture and Work-Life Balance - Accounting Manager Erickson Hall Construction Employee Review

I feel privileged to write a review for the best company I have ever worked for. Erickson-Hall is a full package for anyone looking for an ideal workplace. The company was set up in 1998 by two incredible partners, and our founders filled the company with their knowledge and expertise not just in the construction industry but also their remarkable Mission, Vision and Values that they had for their organization. Most companies have mission, vision and values written somewhere but they are most likely not being truly followed by the employees. I wouldn’t speak the same about EHCC, we are reminded each day about the importance of the mission, vision and values that are set by the organization and to be followed by each employee. At EHCC we are not treated as an employee number, when we hire a new employee, they become a part of the family. The company offers a great culture, fun events, a safe work environment, is growth oriented, high professionalism, passionate people, and I could go on. As you see, my title doesn’t do justice to how I feel about being a part of Erickson-Hall. I feel exceptionally blessed to be part of EHCC since 2024, I wish I knew about the organization when I first started my career in accounting. I was hired as a Staff Accountant, and I was fortunate to get promoted to the Accounting Manager within 1 year of employment. This was the first time I felt recognized and appreciated for my work. I was given all the tools required to excel in the new manager role and I continue to grow as a financial professional in the construction industry. I would highly recommend applying to Erickson-Hall if you see a job opening and you are interested in working in the construction industry.
