Pros

-Easy to get a job if you just graduated. -Constantly recruiting. Ericpol was bought by Ericsson and now more work is being directed to Poland. -OK atmosphere. Easy to get along with people. The company still has a bit of the startup vibe. -If you do good work it will be noticed and recognized. -Good life work balance. -Safety and stability. If you ave a mortgage and don't want challenges this is a place for you.

Cons

-You need to become an expert on legacy code. Being a good programmer is secondary. -Not many opportunities to develop as a programmer. -Lots of bureaucracy. -Career progression is bound to product knowledge, not to programming skills. -Benefit package is below Kraków standards. -Salaries are below Kraków standards.

Pros

I want to admit that I was hired at Brest, Belarus in "Ericpol Brest" and work almost all the time in "Ericpol" Krakow, Poland. Also worth mentioning that I had 0 experience, just finished my university. It is a very good place to start your career. I have been involved in a project where customer was from Sweden. Inner language of the company, communication, both written and oral is English only + I spend half a year working in Stockholm, Sweden. During my employment years I got valuable skills working in a large multicultural company and greatly improved my business english.

Cons

Technical tools and language that was used in my project is very unique. That experience is unlikely needed for anyone else in the world except 2-3 companies. Salary is good if you were hired from Belarus and are almost 100% of the time in business trip. People from Poland had received less money then we. Ability to grow is limited.
