Pros

+ good money for higher level programmers + job easy to get for entry level programmers + very good management + if you think you should get better salary and you try to convince your Line Manager to it, company has nice methodologies to make you able to do this, and it is effordless + nice people + plenty of trainings + everything which is said by Line Manager is true, including money and benefits + you get salary increase with working time, so you are sure it will happen + few likeable projects + ability to work with people outside your country, or even on the second side of earth

Cons

- "few likeable projects" : definitely it is possible to be in extremaly boring project for 5 years - some projects use technology available only in Ericsson - some projects use technology available only in telecom (TTCN-3, don't take them!) - co-working with clients abroad and their serwers; every single action on PC is done with latency, and if something is not working as it should be but you have endline: it's all your fault - people trying to work at their best to get better salary cannot get more than some limit (which is pointless! One of my teammate was dig rig of team, and he coudn't get more money due to not enough experience)

Pros

I want to admit that I was hired at Brest, Belarus in "Ericpol Brest" and work almost all the time in "Ericpol" Krakow, Poland. Also worth mentioning that I had 0 experience, just finished my university. It is a very good place to start your career. I have been involved in a project where customer was from Sweden. Inner language of the company, communication, both written and oral is English only + I spend half a year working in Stockholm, Sweden. During my employment years I got valuable skills working in a large multicultural company and greatly improved my business english.

Cons

Technical tools and language that was used in my project is very unique. That experience is unlikely needed for anyone else in the world except 2-3 companies. Salary is good if you were hired from Belarus and are almost 100% of the time in business trip. People from Poland had received less money then we. Ability to grow is limited.
