Yea, they kind of respect labor laws the stock plan is ok

Treats its' employees like disposable resources. Ericsson has a continuous redundancy process, where they regularly make people redundant world wide. Uses proprietary tools, ie nothing you can use after leaving the company. Hierarchical organisation with a management culture that is made up o philosophers and with zero organisational/business understanding and with the mere motivation of commanding. Lot's of office politics. Not a place for a innovational person... They don't offer much support for professional
