Be Prepared for Constant Change - Administrative Assistant Ericsson Employee Review

If you can't handle constant change, don't work here. You must be an adaptable person to work in this environment -awkward tools and frequent reorgs are the norm. Telecom is a fast moving industry and this company is trying to keep up with costs and get ahead. I just wish they would not layoff folks so frequently and suddenly. They are in cost-cutting mode again.
