Pros
Multinational environment with very intelligent staff and generally reasonable environment in terms of flexible working and conditions. In general it has close working relationship with its main clients (mobile operators).
Cons
It is often described as a "dull company" with a heavy bias towards electronic engineers. There is very little career progression possible in many locations and a tendency for many individuals to "get stuck" in their area of expertise for years.
