Benefits, paid time to volunteer, medical, dental, vision, but those are getting worse each year, giving employees a little less and a higher co-pays in exchange for no premiums.
Cons
Lots of organization structure changes! Trying to make things more efficient when in turn changing a group's dynamic or job function without consulting or thinking of the damages of that group.
