Pros

Excellent benefits: medical, dental, vision, employee and spouse insurance, matched 401(k). Challenging work. Diverse workforce from all around the world. Good work/life balance. Great internal culture. Excellent opportunities to travel internationally.

Cons

A almost unbreakable "silo" mentality that prevents teams from coordinating and collaborating effectively. Everyone is fighting to protect their little kingdoms. Management is focused exclusively in cutting costs, ignoring the trends of the telecom and high-tech industries. Management is obsessed with following processes to the detriment of actually accomplishing goals. Strong lack of willingness to take responsibility and accountability; everyone is looking for someone else to blame instead of trying to resolve issues.

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
