Flexible working times, relaxed environment, the possibility to see some of the most recent advances in telecommunications and networking plus many research activities are some of the advantages of Ericsson.
Cons
The salaries are no more competitive and since the recent global recession, prospects are not so good for this branch. This resulted in many position losses, lower budgets, conservative strategy and less research activities.
