Pros
Depending on group, can be a great place where people get along but also get work done. However, that was not the case in my department.
Cons
-Very silo'd -Company has no loyalty--constant layoffs -Lots of office politics...get it good w/manager to avoid layoffs -Issues left unresolved by managers/exec management
