Pros
Benefits, immense portfolio and associated documentation, plenty of mobility internally, EMT seems to be making smart decisions
Cons
Too many silos for job functions, lots of processes, general lack of willingness to change the WOW (ways of working), decision making usually comes from sweden for just about everything, there is a perceived ceiling for management that requires a swedish last name, almost a mob type environment that requires a trip to the home land to get "made". This becomes clearly apparent when you consider how many other swedes you have encountered or met in any other telecom vendors or providers.
