      constant re-org. constant layoffs. do not value US employees who are not part of the region. keep changing bonus and finding ways to reduce it.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
