Pros
A stable company and a known brand. They support internal growth and provide career opportunities, even chances to relocate abroad to other Ericsson locations. People in general are quite nice.
Cons
Incredibly slow-paced and uninspiring. Things take forever, processes are dragging on, so much bureaucracy. This can be understood for a company this size, but Ericsson takes it to another level. Projects take forever, and your work day can be quite dull. Old school atmosphere where new ideas don't flourish.
