Decent benefits but inflexible work culture - Software Developer Ericsson Employee Review

I worked for Ericsson Ottawa for 4 years. I started here with high hopes and expectations, but was ultimately let down time and time again by bad management, and sad to say it, a sexist and mysogynistic environment. I was hired as a software developer, but hardly got to do any development all. Instead I ended up in a role which I had no interest in and my requests to be given different work didn’t lead anywhere. All in all, I was happy to get out.
