Pros
- Company has great benefits, low deductibles and out of pocket max's - Culture is excellent, all-encompassing of all groups - Work-Life Balance is great (depending on the management)
Cons
Some management are micromanagers, just like with any other company. Additionally, they are pushing for work in-office even though they are permitting fully remote. This isn't how they started, it's not where they want to go.
