Pros
Erie Insurance is by far one of the best companies to work for in Erie, PA. It is basically like a family environment with a lot of great people. Management is also understanding.
Cons
They hire family members, people with a certain last name, people of more popuarity over the general public with good skillsets and excellent education. VERY discriminatory company and this is a fortune 500 company. You would think they would be a little bit more professional!!
