The culture is unmatched, executives care about the employees and their families from the moment you join the team. The work itself is challenging and rewarding, & coworkers are upbeat and motivated.

There aren't significant cons, this is truly an amazing company to work for. But, certain industries are new so the work is ever evolving. It can feel just as overwhelming as it is exciting at times (for some) but we're all supported well by upper management who are always willing to invest in their employees.

I had no idea I could find a company like EMG in Erie, PA. Great benefits, flexible hours, opportunity for growth, clean/contemporary office space, enthusiastic team... From day one, I felt welcomed. There are a variety of businesses to support which helps to bring diversity and excitement to work. I appreciate the company's overall mission to give back and support the development of the Erie community.

For my particular position, there was no formal training… it’s been more of an adapt and learn through experience approach, which may not be suited for everyone. Also, as the company has grown, scaling communication and decision-making has been a challenge. However, it is something that’s top of mind for many people and I believe there is an on-going effort to make communication easier and better.
