Decent enough pay, decent enough insurance No room for second jobs (I was told I belong to Erie on many occasions)
Cons
The opportunities are only available if you are a friend or family of management. Skill mean nothing if the GM's 20something year old son needs a management position with little to no job experience. Even at the cost of a lot of senior staff!
