Management is horrible. Only one manager at wager graduated high school. The assembly manager at wager brags about how he sold meth and treats employees horribly. Pay is behind the cost of living, for 9 years they preached they could not give more than 50 cent raises if any raise at all. They “removed” the cap on wages but still you could work with someone that’s a horrible employee that does a 1/4 of the work that you or others do and still make cents over them.
