Decent pay and benefits, nice building

So many, but the toxic working environment was a big one.

They have meals available for $4 a piece. They are everything you would expect from a $4 cafeteria meal. You better like lumpy mashed potatoes.

This is not a non-profit. It is only 15% owned by Erlanger. The rest is owned by a for profit based out of Nashville named Acadia. Leadership is completely disorganized. Orientation is only two weeks without regard to previous psychiatric experience. Their charting system is clunky and unintuitive. Most of the nurses have been with the company for less than a year.
