Pros

Love my boss and coworkers

Cons

No individual pay raise per job performance. No additional pay for additional work. No proper training or organization. No sick time, have to use PTO and also you Have to use your personal PTO for days when the offices are closed.

Pros

Flexible time, remote working, having previous experience, learning new processes, having friendly and accessible bosses and coworkers, having a great support system for us as employees is very important and I am very grateful that we have this available to us

Cons

The length of time that it takes to get certain access, I trained on daily and bank balancing but I had to tie up another employees system so I could learn. Now that I am trained, I am unable to complete these assigned duties because of access.

Pros

Erlanger provides continued education with ability to advance career within the system itself.

Cons

During the first week of orientation you are assigned daily learning on campus hours where they cramp everything in a matter of a few days. This is followed by mandatory EOLs (that must be completed that week). You are told that these EOLs do not take that long but they do.
