      They try to instill a service oriented environment.

      Cons

      No raises for years with the exception of providers. Profitability trumps quality. Alot of management bureaucracy and egoism.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
