This place has the potential to be the best! We have top rated surgeons and wonderful nurses.
Cons
Unfortunately, non-bedside staff are making decisions for the nurses and other employees that are actually at the patients bedside. There decisions are making the environment toxic to the nurses. Get rid of the toxic management and this place would be top notch again.
