      Pros

      I like working three twelve hour shifts a week.

      Cons

      Mgmt. is horrible here. It's not only upper mgmt but middle mgmt. as well. My nurse mgr. is horrible and many great nurses have left because of her and no one above her cares.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
