This place is toxic. Management micromanaged everything, they provide poor training and if you don't have a previous sales experience you will be out in no time. Sales targets are unrealistic if you don't speak at least 2 on-demand languages and they keep raising the target without offering assistance to those who struggle with sales. There is a constant fluctuation, you can do everything right, work well, reach your target etc. Untill one day you make a simple mistake, or say something that the management didn’t like, you our out the next Friday. People are let go without notice or a heads up, no one knows when it is his/her turn, 0 value is given on loyalty, hard work if you don't please the management.

It was really easy to get this job. They didn't ask many questions

Colleagues are usually rude, it's very toxic atmosphere and a lot of pressure without any reason.
