      1. Easily terminate contractor even there is clause to send the contractor to another site 2. Salary is low and always late. 3. NO MATERNITY LEAVE WITH THE REASON ITS GIVING THE COMPANY LOSS!!!

      Pros

      Works with banks and insurance companies providing services and solutions. As a SSE I feel the salary company provide is good and benefits are okay. Working in long term projects and flexible working. Mixed environment with expats and locals in projects.

      Cons

      Some of the project locations are far and travelling is needed time to time.
