The company refused to pay me for one of my sales while on 100 % commission because I quit. I followed procedure and gave a proper two weeks notice and left on good terms. The company won't pay because part of my new hire paperwork included language allowing them to stop payment on commissions when you quit. This language was not properly disclosed to me when I was hired and I do not have a copy. Bottom line ....I closed a deal using my own vehicle and gas. The customer was happy. The system was installed and the company got paid. Not paying me for this sale shows a total lack of business ethics. Before working for this company I recommend looking for other options.
