A lot of moving parts and solid growth until the crash of 2008 put 1/3 of the home furnishing customers out of business. Solid view of financial status.

Point solution R&D had to be sacrificed for enterprise integration.

Relatively stable company, plenty of projects in full stack platforms for Enterprise retail.

Limited promotion / mobility, a relatively rigid corporate structure. Also, many acquisitions / mergers that produce confusions with the teams. Teams in CA unaware of what Florida is doing. Work-life balance low with only 3 weeks paid vacation year around. Benefits okay (not great but not bad either).
