The compensation they offer is absolutely abysmal and the work you have to do is boring and repetitive High dollar values are charged from the clients but what offshore India team gets is just peanuts (You will get a better pay by being a watchmen in a society) Promotions are based on the number of years you serve. You will see a lot of managers who have been with the firm for quite some time but have 0 business sense and creativity They might be a "leading market research firm" but their internal processes are worse than any startup If you just want to google stuff up and copy paste that into slides for which you may get enough amount that will keep you alive living a bare minimum life this is a perfect job for you (If this sounds good, please seek therapy) However, the company does offer benefits, with salary you get depression, anxiety, stress free. Apart from these NO incentive is offered. Be happy that you get your salary on time at least Work life balance? what is that? never heard of it
